Trilogy Gardens Office Buildings, Irvine, California
Since 2015, JMS-West has provided planned and on-call maintenance services to five Trilogy Gardens low-rise office buildings located within the Irvine Business Complex in Irvine, California. The building owners have produced plans to re-develop the property within the near future, transforming the aging structures into 6-story state-of-the-art luxury apartments with amenities to include a rooftop bowling alley, pools, barbeques, and attached retail space—as well as some much-needed affordable housing. Jorgensen will continue to support the owners and tenants with their maintenance requests through the end of the buildings’ leases and the commencement of the re-development project.
