Jorgensen is excited to award Vanessa LeBow and Jessica Francis the Roy E. Jorgensen Memorial Scholarship Award for civil engineering. Each student was awarded the full scholarship amount of $15,000. Vanessa LeBow, a current student at the University of Arkansas, is currently pursuing her master’s degree in civil engineering.
