Jorgensen provides and coordinates the management, staff, technology, processes, and other resources in a coordinated manner to systematically review, analyze, and report on the operating parameters of the built environment and the support services organization. Our goal is help each client to improve overall operations, increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance management’s objectives for ensuring life cycle performance.
For each of our engagements, we assign a team of engineering and/or training professionals with expertise uniquely suited to that project. We recognize that each client has a culture and management style unique to their organization. Therefore, we provide asset owners detailed insight into methods that can more effectively maximize life cycle performance and maximize reliability tailored to each client’s specific operating environment. All of Jorgensen’s findings are set into best practice context, providing the client with evaluations and, where appropriate, recommendations for actionable improvements, given any limitations that are inherent to the specific operating environment.
