Equipment Condition Assessments
The Equipment Condition Assessment (ECA) provides a comprehensive condition assessment on a specific facility-related operating system. This review is tailored to provide managers with the information needed to enhance the operating efficiency and/or optimize the life cycle of key assets.

Do you have a LEED NC or EB facility? Is it still operating under the original design criteria that helped to achieve the certification? A system-wide ECA can provide you information you need to ensure that your facility is still performing in a sustainable and socially responsible way.

The ECA can also be used when assets or key operating systems are not performing to engineered specifications. A condition assessment will make detailed recommendations for step-by-step processes to return the system operation back to a performing asset.
