Throughout the 60’s and to this day, Jorgensen pioneers innovative approaches to planning, organizing, directing and controlling facilities maintenance work.

Jorgensen was founded on the principle that proactive preventive maintenance provides superior service at lower cost than reactive maintenance. Jorgensen has developed this simple but powerful concept to offer distinct advantages to our clients. The firm has developed proactive methods and systems unique to our industry. Many of these systems, such as the Local Area Technician (LATTM) and Work Program and BudgetTM concepts are trademarks of Jorgensen.

Detailed maintenance schedules are developed for all building systems and components. We offer a variety of approaches and standards so we can customize the preventive maintenance program to match each client’s short- and long-term goals as they change from year to year. To accomplish this, Jorgensen focuses on planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all maintenance activities.
We have served auto manufacturers, hospitals, financial institutions, universities, warehousing, major movie studios, internet software developers, military installations and numerous other agencies in providing efficient and cost effective facilities support, allowing them to focus more attention on their core business. Jorgensen currently serves numerous geographically dispersed facilities for clients throughout the United States.
In addition to the firm’s focus on maintenance contracting and maintenance consulting, the firm also provides information system consulting, engineering manuals for road and highway design, training services, including video tape production, specialty construction services and international operations focusing on maintenance and construction.
